2023 goals and stretch goals

Primary goals:

⬜ Attend 30 parkruns (29 achieved)
✅ Attend 5 new parkrun locations
✅ Parkrun under 26 minutes
✅ Parkrun under 25 minutes
✅ Do a 10K event
✅ Take the daughter on Race for Life

Stretch goals (Aug-Dec):

⬜ Attend 10 new parkrun locations (9 achieved)
⬜ 3 runs a week (gave up)
⬜ 7.5K run fortnightly (gave up)
